1. Services Overview
GlamHaus connects customers with freelance beauty professionals ("Service Providers") for at-home beauty services. GlamHaus acts solely as a facilitator, providing the platform to book and pay for services but does not directly provide beauty services. While GlamHaus ensures that all Service Providers meet qualification standards, GlamHaus is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any actions of Service Providers, as they operate as independent contractors. Any disputes or issues arising from the services provided must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policies
2.1 Booking Policy
All bookings must be made through the Platform.
Bookings are subject to the availability of Service Providers in your area.
You will receive a confirmation via email or in-app notification once a booking is successfully scheduled.
Customers are strictly required to book Service Providers exclusively through the GlamHaus Platform. Any direct arrangements with Service Providers outside the Platform are prohibited.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the booking amount).
Service Provider Cancellations: If a Service Provider cancels, GlamHaus will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service or issue a full refund.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through the Platform using a third-party payment processor.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices for services are displayed in [currency] and may vary based on location and service type.
GlamHaus charges a service fee (included in the final price) to support platform operations.
Customers must complete all payments through the GlamHaus Platform. Direct payments to Service Providers outside the Platform are strictly prohibited. This ensures secure transactions and enables GlamHaus to provide customer support for any payment-related issues.
4. Refunds and Dispute Resolution
4.1 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if:
The Service Provider does not show up for the appointment.
The service was not delivered as described or is unsatisfactory.
Any other reason deemed valid at GlamHaus's discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted via the Platform within 48 hours of the service. Once approved, refunds will be processed within [X] business days.

GlamHaus is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or conduct of the services provided by Service Providers. Service Providers are independent contractors, and GlamHaus does not supervise, direct, or control their services.
GlamHaus is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or services provided by Service Providers. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
GlamHaus is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, technical failures, or acts of third parties.
5.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GlamHaus, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses, including legal fees, arising out of:
Your use of the Platform.
Your interaction with Service Providers, including disputes.
Any breach of these Terms by you.
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
